GET READY TO CRUSH!

Please arrive (in workout attire and sneakers) at least 15 minutes before class to meet the crew! We offer towels in the studio to keep you motivated during your sweat. We also have water bottle stations so you can always stay hydrated.

Let your trainer know about any physical limitations or injuries. They’ll give you a quick rowing lesson and prepare you to crush class

We offer two different class formats - choose from RIP & ROW (45-mins of rowing + strength training) OR Ripped (45-mins of strength training).

Each day, we focus on different muscle groups to deliver the ultimate full-body workout to achieve your goals.
