45-MINS TO CRUSH

We offer two different class formats - choose from RIP & ROW (45-mins of rowing + strength) OR Ripped (45-minutes of strength and mat workouts).

Each day, we focus on different muscle groups to deliver the ultimate full-body workout to achieve your goals.

AFTER CLASS

Utilize our luxury amenities to get ready to crush the rest of your day. Every studio offers changing rooms with showers and other cool features. Stop by our protein bar in WEHO!
